Role Overview:

As a Placement Officer Intern at LineupX, you will be responsible for bringing in job opportunities for
students from various ed-tech companies. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with potential employers, understanding their hiring needs, and facilitating successful placement opportunities for students.

** Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and approach ed-tech companies to create job opportunities for students.
Reach out to different recruiters and hiring managers to discuss potential job openings.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Understand the hiring needs of companies and match them with student profiles.
Organize and coordinate placement drives and recruitment events.
Assist in creating and managing placement-related documentation and reports.

Ability to understand and analyze industry needs and trends.
Enthusiasm for working with students and helping them secure job opportunities.
