Process Trainer - Lending

Job Summary:
The Trainer will be responsible for developing Content and imparting instructor-led courses. The Scope of Work would encompass domain knowledge in Loans & Credit Cards. Should have prior experience as a trainer (At Least 1 year in the Lending domain).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage Training at the POD level
• Has an understanding of LMS (Added Advantage)
• Training Conducted for Process training, Sales, Soft skills training
• Develop Training Content
• Maintain Quality score as per org definition and client expectations
• Should be able to conduct TNA and knowledge gap analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Data analysis/Interpreting Dashboards. Able to analyze pre- and post-training effectiveness & customize training accordingly.
