Stock Market Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To deliver end-to-end training on Stock Markets, Options Market
• To create Training Modules & Contribute to Curriculum Planning, Study Notes
• To create video content for Online sessions
• Impart Practical session on technical analysis to the customers enrolled in our product during continuous live market hours
• Address complex client questions in real-time and be responsible for providing the best possible user experience
• Work closely with Sales and Product handling technical aspects of the sales process to ensure deals are closed
• Collect and act upon client product feedback to drive its development
• Work closely with the management on new product development and training initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A strong understanding of Equity Derivatives and/or advanced technical analysis to act as a Subject Matter Expert and cascade that knowledge to your peers & customers
• Excellent analytical skills attention to detail
• Excellent with Presentation & Training & Development
• Excellent training delivery skills - both online and offline
• Superior verbal and written English communication skills
• A keen knowledge of financial markets that has been developed both personally and professionally
• Should have represented the profile on Business News/Podcasts/You tube etc

Qualification:

• CMT certification is desirable
• CFTE certification is desirable
• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in a technical client facing role, training, customer handling
