We are located in sector 68 Noida.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Project Manager at FarziEngineer. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects. They will coordinate with cross-functional teams, communicate project progress, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.

Role Responsibility

• Plan, initiate, and manage projects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining project timelines, milestones, resources, and budget.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 2 to 3 years as a Project Manager or similar role in project management.
• Preferred to have experience in IT industry project management.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
