The Business Development Associate at Xperium by RepUp will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers.
Utilize various tools and platforms to generate and qualify leads.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive lead generation and client engagement.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
Ensure a smooth handover to the customer success team for implementation and onboarding.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
