At Avacasa, we’re building a platform that helps people discover and invest in holiday homes, managed farmlands, and wellness-focused real estate across India and beyond. We're growing quickly — and with that comes the need for sharp, driven individuals to support key initiatives directly with the founders.

This role in the Founder's Office is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving a variety of problems, and wants to be part of building something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Work On
Assist the founder in strategic projects across real estate, partnerships, marketing, operations, and growth.

Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and analysis to support business decisions.

Help prepare documents, presentations, investor material, and internal reports.

Coordinate with teams across functions to ensure smooth execution of high-priority tasks.

Take ownership of select initiatives — from planning to execution.

Who We're Looking For
Strong generalist with a problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn quickly.

Comfortable working in a startup or early-stage environment — flexible and self-driven.

Good written and verbal communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure.

Prior experience in consulting, VC, startups, or internships is helpful but not mandatory.

Stipend
This is an unpaid role in the initial 6 months period. We will revise the same based on candidates performance, business performance and our funding situation in month 7.
