Role: Founding Technical Head / CTO
Title: Founding Team Member / CTO / Head of Engineering
Location: Remote / Hybrid (India preferred)
What You’ll Do:
Take the product journey from 1- 10, own and evolve the MVP currently built with React + NodeJS (Typescript).
Build a robust, scalable platform for hospital-grade deployments across 28+ institutions.
Lay foundations for AI-driven clinical tools—particularly predictive models for early detection of preterm births.
Ensure system security, data privacy, uptime, and clinical reliability at scale.
You Might Be a Fit If You:
Have 6+ years of experience building and scaling web products (React/NodeJS experience essential).
Are passionate about using real data to solve real human problems at scale.
Bonus: experience with HIPAA compliance, hospital integrations, or building predictive models.
