First, the health of the mother and second, what she provides during pregnancy dtermines quality. 75% of mothers are not in the normal BMI range. Pregnancy requirements vs day to day life, are different.
The obgyns have 9 months of consultation. Timing of consultation is important for intervention. But 65% mothers in India have less than 4 visits during the entire pregnancy. EMR do not support clinical management
The two actors in the ecosystem have misaligned goals. Obgyns focus on delivering a live baby and live mother, vs the mother wants good health of the baby.
We use technology to provide for the increase in resource requirement.

HBR - Healthy Baby Routine - which is updated every week, basis recommendations of the obygn, containing the following
i. recommendations on nutrition based on the human development journey
ii. Mental Health
iii. Antenatal visit reminder, booking and confirmation
iv. Antenatal test list before the visit. Uploading the test as well, which would provide Obgyn summaries
v. Prescriptions provided by the obgyn
