Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic leader to deliver new products and drive company growth. The ideal candidate is an expert in building Go-To-Market strategy and leading a team to execute with a high level of excellence.
If you have a track record of scaling companies from $10M to $20M ARR, we want your expertise to propel Reply.io to new heights.
As the Head of GTM / Revenue, you will:
- Collaborate with founders to develop Go-To-Market strategies for the next 18 months.
- Lead Growth, Marketing, and Sales teams to produce exceptional results, driving business growth and scaling revenue.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Implement and improve marketing and sales automation processes.
- Plan and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns and funnel optimization programs.
- Manage all budgets, forecast financial performance, create hiring plans, ensure revenue predictability, and monitor performance against budget.
- Partner with engineering and product department heads to deliver customer experiences that customers will love and pay for.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of achievement and growth.
- Discover and develop new business markets and revenue opportunities in line with our strategic vision.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A hard-driven attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic sales and marketing plans that comprehensively cover market analysis, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring and managing a diverse and remote team.
- A track record of working with small and mid-sized businesses to drive growth.
