Arrow is reimagining matchmaking, an enormous but seriously broken industry. With traditional matchmaking, customers pay a fortune up-front and only get access to one matchmaker. With Arrow, customers get access to a crowdsourced network of many matchmakers, and pay nothing unless they find what they're looking for. The way Arrow works is with "marriage bounties" (for example, "I'll pay you $5,000 if you introduce me to my future spouse"). Members post a bounty and then receive prospect recommendations from Matchmakers who are competing for that bounty.

Right now the team is two longtime friends and coworkers--Stewart (attorney, finance leader, and startup veteran with two exits) and Eric (full-stack engineer and entrepreneur, with exits to Google, Nest, Ford, and Bird). We've already built a ready-to-launch version of the product, and we've built up a waitlist with hundreds of people despite doing almost zero marketing. Now we're looking to add a third co-founder to the team, someone who can really drive our growth and go-to-market efforts. We're targeting San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas as our initial launch cities, and want thousands of Members and hundreds of Matchmakers on the waitlist in each city before we launch.

We're looking for creativity, charisma, and hustle--someone who has their finger on the pulse of how to drive this new behavior. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and executing creative go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns on minimal budgets, be a charismatic external ambassador for the brand, be deeply interested in human behavior (in real life and on social media!), and--of course--be super passionate about helping others find true love.

No salary for any of us until we raise money (which maybe you can help with!), but you'll be rewarded for that risk with a massive amount of founder equity.
