Arrow: Matchmaking, Reimagined careers
Arrow is reimagining matchmaking, an enormous but seriously broken industry. With traditional matchmaking, customers pay a fortune up-front and only get access to one matchmaker. With Arrow, customers get access to a crowdsourced network of many matchmakers, and pay nothing unless they find what they're looking for. The way Arrow works is with "marriage bounties" (for example, "I'll pay you $5,000 if you introduce me to my future spouse"). Members post a bounty and then receive prospect recommendations from Matchmakers who are competing for that bounty.
