Responsibilities:
All Things Growth: Brainstorm and strategize with the founding team on how to acquire new users and how to grow the product.
Growth Strategy: Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to acquire new customers, increase user engagement, and drive revenue growth.
User Acquisition: Lead user acquisition initiatives across various digital channels, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
Product-Market Fit: Work closely with the product team to refine product-market fit based on user feedback and market research.
Customer Retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn through personalized experiences and effective communication.
Experimentation: Plan, execute, and track growth experiments to identify scalable tactics.
Competitive Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and adapt strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications:
Passion for growth, startup culture and learning nrew things.
Proven experience in a growth hacking or strategist role, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
