We are seeking a Co-Founder & CEO to steer our company's vision and lead the strategic financial management, fundraising initiatives, and growth strategies. This role is central to driving our mission forward, prioritizing development, and expanding our reach. As the face of our organization, you will not only manage our overall operations but also be pivotal in shaping our culture and future.

Responsibilities

As the CEO of SneakPeek, you will be an integral member of our executive leadership, charged with leveraging your extensive experience in guiding consumer startups through their critical initial growth and fundraising phases. You will partner closely with our Founder to fuel expansion through established channels and strategically direct our company towards its next milestones. Your foremost priority will be to secure essential funding, utilizing your previous fundraising expertise and robust network within the consumer social sector.

In this role, you will not only set the long-term strategy but also ensure its execution, inspiring your team to be innovative and bold. You will have the autonomy to make pivotal decisions in areas like finance, go-to-market, partnerships and business development.

At SneakPeek, we provide deeply embedded support, fostering an environment where you can independently guide our company's trajectory. You will be empowered to "call the ball" on major milestones, ensuring our vision aligns with practical and impactful execution.

This product is poised to be a groundbreaker. We've invested significantly in validation, brand analysis and identity, product design, and technology development, among other areas. The app is available to consumers on both Apple App Store and Play Store, with additional technology in reserve, set to be rolled out as we successfully establish the initial phase of the app. We are now beginning to activate our marketing and growth efforts.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should be at least second-time founders with a minimum of seven years of startup experience, or corporate executives with a proven leadership background and at least ten years of experience.
• Ideal candidates should have relevant experiences as a product-oriented founder or CEO who have launched and scaled early consumer products.
• You must possess a robust network that can be leveraged to secure a Seed Series investment. Equity compensation will scale with your effectiveness in closing this funding round.
• We give deeper consideration to those with a stellar track record in the technology and consumer products sectors.
• We are also interested in humble founders with over seven years of deep consulting or product development experience, complemented by notable educational backgrounds and networks.
• Salary will commence post-seed round closure, influenced by your contribution to fundraising, equity requirements, and other key factors.
• Candidates should have a profound dedication to and understanding of consumer social spaces.
• Experience in growing and scaling consumer products is crucial.
• A strong passion for hospitality, including restaurants and nightlife, is highly desirable.
• Ability to scale dual-sided products effectively in dynamic markets.
