We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and lead our B2B logistics sales efforts in the Delhi NCR region. You will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and exceeding sales targets for our logistics solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new B2B customers with logistics needs within Delhi NCR.
Identify and qualify potential leads, conduct need assessments, and develop customized logistics solutions for each client.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
Negotiate and close B2B logistics contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Manage existing client relationships by providing ongoing communication, account management, and renewal efforts.
Develop a deep understanding of the B2B logistics landscape in Delhi NCR, including competitor offerings and industry trends.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and execution of logistics services.
Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (a plus).
Understanding of logistics operations and different delivery models (a plus).
Excellent understanding of the Delhi NCR business landscape (a plus).
