We're seeking a dynamic, self motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our high-performing team and accelerate our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify high-potential enterprise customers in India and globally.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large brands.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals, exceeding revenue targets consistently.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and track progress against sales goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Core Experience:
- Proven track record: A strong track record of selling complex SaaS solutions to large enterprises.
- Experience in closing large deals with well-known brands.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-level executives.
- E-commerce Industry: Deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Business Development: Proven experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships, alliances, and channel relationships.
- Sales Management: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams, set goals, and track performance.
- Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and secure favorable terms.
- Preferred Experience
- Platform Sales: Experience selling platform-based solutions, such as eCommerce or CRM platforms.
- Global Sales: Familiarity with international markets and experience selling to customers across different regions.
- Channel Sales: Experience managing and growing a network of channel partners (e.g., resellers, distributors).
- Consulting: A background in consulting or business development can be beneficial for understanding customer needs and providing strategic solutions.
