About the job
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Vaidyarx products and services.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and
- customer needs.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value proposition of Vaidyarx
- offerings.
- Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads and opportunities.
- Prepare insightful reports on market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. (80% field role)
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Education and Experience:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a hunger for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. *
