The Role

GradRight is an ed-fin-tech startup focused on global higher education. Using data science, technology and strategic partnerships across the industry, we are enabling students to find the “Right University” at the “Right Cost”.

We are on a mission to aid a million students to find their best fit universities and financial offerings by 2025. Our flagship product - FundRight is the world’s first student loan bidding platform. We helped disburse more than USD 40 million in loans in 2020-21 and are growing aggressively.
Brief:

  1. Product Understanding:
  2. To understand functionality of the SelectRight Platform and its value creation for the students
  3. To understand student journey on the product and key features to drive product usage
  4. To understand, analyze various events on the product and their impact in driving the overall growth
  5. To understand the product USPs and pitch them to users during outreach.
  6. Outreach
  7. To reach out to students at various product stages and to drive them for usage and pitch about various services via cold calling, emailers & other outreach activities
  8. To understand user requirements and give them unbiased suggestions and help them meaningfully in their abroad education journey
  9. To follow-up with users via cold calling, emailers & other channels to drive them towards product usage and move them to further stages in the sales funnel
  10. To analyze, prioritize outreach efforts to ensure TATs are maintained
  11. To raise flags and concerns, if any, during the outreach and ensure them to resolve it with the functional lead.
  12. Communication & Collaboration
  13. To communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to understand challenges and propose solutions to existing problems
  14. To collaborate with various cross functional teams to drive product usage, user experience and other key factors for overall growth
  15. To effectively analyse and communicate challenges, best practices, and observations to improve effectiveness and productivity
  16. To maintain a positive and growth mindset internally to ensure self-motivation and team motivation
  17. Analytics
  18. To use CRM to update user stages/ logging efforts on a daily basis
  19. To maintain/update trackers on various parameters
  20. To understand and analyse reports shared and work on action items
