The Role

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will "focus on operations in Pet Industry". Prospect management is the main concern as the business development executive; will garner and meet with potential clients. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the operation process.

Business Development Executive responsibilities -

  1. Building business relationships with current and potential customers.
  2. Maintain fruitful relationships with pet parents and address their needs effectively.
  3. Oversee the operation process to satisfy existing customers.
  4. Answering potential client questions and follow up call questions.
  5. Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Business Development Executive Requirements and Qualifications -

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  2. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  3. Persuasive and goal-oriented
  4. Self-motivated and self-directed
  5. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently 6 .In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
  6. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with High Level Executives
  7. Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines.
  8. Demonstrated and proven sales results
  9. Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  10. Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
  11. Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  12. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred. Acquiring new business & following the complete sales cycle – prospecting, meetings, requirement gathering, business proposal, negotiation, related documentation & closure of lead. Majorly focused in B2C operations in major metro cities in India.
