The Role

Job Description:

SafetyConnect is looking for a high-energy and dynamic KAM to join our growing team and build a relationship of trust with customers and ensure the maximum revenue. As a Key Account Manager at Safety Connect, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts to drive revenue expansion and identifying growth opportunities while strategizing ways to increase the revenue. You will serve as the primary point of contact for designated accounts and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Safety Connect's products and services. The primary focus will be on driving revenue growth from existing clients while also targeting expansion into new geographies where clients are present.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  2. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively position SafetyConnect's products and services.
  3. Expand revenue streams by targeting new geographies where clients have a presence, leveraging existing client relationships and market insights.
  4. Drive revenue expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
  5. Develop and maintain account plans outlining revenue targets, key milestones, and action plans to achieve objectives.
  6. Act as a liaison between clients and the company.
  7. Relay client feedback to internal teams for product development and enhancements.
  8. Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and value creation.
  9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

*Requirements /Qualifications: *

  1. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
  2. Self-motivated with diligent work ethic, a business acumen, enthusiastic and passionate, ability to understand client needs.
  3. Have the ability and enthusiasm to manage multiple customers.
  4. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving account growth.
  6. Proactive and efficient time-management.
  7. 5-8 years of experience as a KAM in SaaS/B2B.
  8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
