Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing professional at Shelf Merch, you will be at the forefront of our mission to onboard influencers and ensure their brands and products shine. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Demand Generation: Create market demand for Shelf Merch by generating hype and reaching out to micro to big influencers. Craft compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of Shelf Merch.

Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for influencers, universities, brands, and organizations onto our platform. This includes negotiating and signing NDAs, maintaining regular follow-ups, and successfully closing deals.

Storefront Management: Oversee the management of influencer storefronts by updating designs and content in alignment with their video content. Execute promotional strategies to enhance their visibility and sales.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in closing inbound leads, with a portfolio that highlights your expertise and accomplishments in sales and marketing.

Educational Background: An MBA graduate with a strong foundation in business and marketing principles.

Proven Track Record: Provide evidence of your previous work in demand generation, demonstrating your ability to generate interest and close deals effectively.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing are highly desirable.

Leadership Skills: Effective communication and teamwork abilities are essential, as you will closely collaborate with our creative team to ensure successful influencer partnerships.
