Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue, developing and nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and qualify leads, prospect new clients, and build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to meet their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to close sales deals and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and product developments to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to foster their professional development and success.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Real Estate Industry.
- Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a competitive sales environment and navigate challenges effectively.
