Proactively manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned customer accounts, ultimately increasing the Renewal Rate
Work on upcoming renewals and engage with customers 120 days in advance to secure timely renewals
Prepare renewal quotes and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Distributed systems, Database architecture and administration, Application architecture, Data architecture
• Experience supporting complex mission-critical product applications and database systems (RDMBS or NoSQL or both)

• 5+ years of relevant experience, and 3+ years of search expertise (Elasticsearch (ELK Stack), Lucene, Solr or similar)
• 5+ years of experience with administering RDBMSs such as Oracle, Postgres, mySQL etc. MongoDB experience is preferred.
