• Coaching, mentoring and influencing some of the mostexceptional engineers in the engineering world, to ensure that each individual team member and manager is set up for success

• Evangelize our product by spearheading the growth and adoption of Intercom across our Small Business segment
• Manage the full sales cycle for Intercom’s Small Business customers, from prospecting to close, through a consultative sales approach

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute integrated campaigns that engage prospects in a meaningful way resulting in pipeline generation aligned to key segments
• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end campaign process including planning, execution, and tracking of tactical campaign activities. Ensure all campaign deliverables are aligned to channels and objectives

• Serve as a consultative partner to Engineering leaders to manage the full cycle recruiting process for technical hires in our AI Group
• Help drive our EMEA technical talent program (i.e, lead strategic, high impact projects, manage technical recruiting brand, events and initiatives)

• Develop technical plans and contribute to our technical architecture as we scale our products to serve tens of millions of people every day.
• Write Ruby code, which knits together a lot of AWS, infrastructure, platform and SaaS technologies that form the core of Intercom’s backend infrastructure

• Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
