• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end launch of new product offerings across various countries to support Aspire’s growth aspirations.
• Design the operations launch playbook for new product offerings.

• Work closely with the finance and tax team on various accounting and tax projects
• Assist in month-end & year-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation, journal postings, expense management, account payables etc. to ensure completeness of all transactions

• Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s suite of risk products with the executive team.
• Define the strategy and roadmap for risk products over the next 3-5 years, considering regulatory requirements, market demands, and technological advancements.

• Develop data-driven investment theses, business cases, pricing analyses, and evaluation criteria for growth and efficiency oriented initiatives
• Finance Business Partnering: Partner closely with business leaders for KPI oversight, promptly calling out opportunity and risk areas to business leaders for decision making

• Performance Metrics: Create, test, and evaluate performance metrics that improves the efficiency and effectiveness of Operations team
• Own the Talk: Analyze key trends and customer usage patterns and share outcomes with COO and Operations leaders to drive smoother and faster customer experience

• Build & maintain all local SOPs, trackers, management reports for EMEA together with the functional leaders

• Global Governance:

Create, maintain, and periodically review IT security policies, procedures, guidelines, and frameworks in accordance with industry standards.
Help to align IT/security solutions and infrastructure with MAS TRM, MAS Cyber Hygiene, PDPA, PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA, CCPA, PDPO, CFI, Privacy Act 1988 and ACSC Essential Eight.

• Review and document all operational processes to map out main use cases and edge cases.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end testing playbooks for each operational function (e.g., onboarding, AML, payments, customer support).

• Improve operational processes and systems:

Refine existing, and define new, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for KYB, Transaction Monitoring, and QA teams to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of operations in the US
Handle market escalations that could not be solved by the L1/L2 operational teams
Support our global expansion by ensuring US operational systems and processes scale efficiently and compliantly in new geographies

• All Rounder: Be an all-rounder who can be trusted to contribute to a variety of licensing related expansion projects to expand Aspire’s presence in multiple regions.
• Strategy: Help size, define and map new markets by conducting research on the licensing and regulatory landscape of new markets including competitor analysis.

• Experience with office network and security infrastructure, including wifi, firewall, and door access systems.
• Familiarity with network security best practices and endpoint protection.

• Review, define and manage data architecture framework and roadmap to meet business and technology requirements, while adhering to security policies and regulations.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to analyse and document structural requirements for new systems and applications, designing conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts

• Develop, execute, and optimize a comprehensive partnership plan with local financial institutions, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to evaluate network partners based on strategic fit and product capabilities, in line with Aspire's values and vision.

• - Develop and implement treasury strategies to manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks of client funds.

Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment activities.
Ensure optimal utilization of working capital and maintain adequate liquidity levels.

• Manage all regulatory liaison, including responding to requests for information and developing a strong collaborative relationship with MAS
• Design and implement robust regulatory reporting mechanisms for regular data submissions to the regulator

• Design, develop and maintain cutting edge web-based fintech products
• Defining the software architecture and building the scalable & fault tolerance system
