We pull a senior's entire health and life into one complete record, then make it actionable in two ways: AI that continuously analyzes the full picture to surface risks, gaps, and opportunities, and a trusted human navigator who guides the next best actions and removes the friction so families can actually follow through. Fragmented information becomes proactive, coordinated support that extends healthy, independent years. We're a pre-seed-funded, in-person team in New York, launching provider pilots in 2026 and already in conversations with major US health systems.
