Torsei AI is building the next generation of autonomous ground systems for defense and dual-use applications. Our mission is to develop intelligent unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) that enhance operational effectiveness, improve logistics, and reduce risk to personnel in complex and contested environments. We believe advances in artificial intelligence, autonomy, perception, and robotics are creating a new era of ground mobility similar to the transformation that unmanned aircraft have brought to the air domain. We are focused on building scalable autonomy software and mission-ready robotic platforms capable of operating in challenging real-world conditions. Our long-term vision is to create autonomous systems that support defense, security, industrial, and critical infrastructure applications worldwide. Torsei AI is currently assembling a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and advisors with expertise in robotics, AI, autonomy, and defense technology. We are looking for ambitious builders who want to work on hard technical problems and help define the future of autonomous ground systems. If you're passionate about robotics, AI, autonomy, and building technology that matters, we'd love to hear from you.

ReviewMyCoach is building the trust layer for sports. Every year, millions of athletes and parents choose teams, clubs, and programs based almost entirely on word of mouth, reputation, or limited information. Coaching quality plays one of the biggest roles in an athlete’s development, yet there is currently no centralized, transparent way to evaluate coaches across youth, high school, and college sports. We are solving this by creating a platform where athletes can leave reviews and feedback on their coaches—similar to RateMyProfessors, but built specifically for sports. The goal is to bring accountability, transparency, and better decision-making into the athlete development and recruiting process. The product is already live with a working website, an initial database of ~50,000 coaches, and early users and reviews on the platform. We are currently in the early-stage growth phase, focused on improving the product, expanding the dataset, and driving user adoption. Long term, ReviewMyCoach aims to become the standard platform athletes use when choosing coaches, teams, and programs—while also providing value to organizations, recruiters, and the broader sports ecosystem. This includes potential expansion into recruiting tools, premium insights, and data-driven decision-making for athletes and families. We are building in a massive, underserved market with no dominant player, and the opportunity to define an entirely new category within sports technology.

Optimyze1 was built by people who have actually hired and built teams from the inside We’ve sat on both sides of the table: in executive search and inside high-growth tech companies — and we’ve seen where hiring breaks down. Not in theory. In practice. Most hiring processes don’t fail because of effort. They fail because of weak signal, slow decisions, and a lack of real ownership. That’s where we’re different. We partner with SaaS, AI, and DeepTech companies to hire high-impact go-to-market and technical talent. Not by flooding pipelines — but by bringing structure, judgment, and clarity to how hiring decisions are made. Our focus is simple: Better hiring outcomes. Stronger candidates. Sharper decisions. Faster signal. No noise. No unnecessary process. No wasted time. We typically support: • Sales (Business Development, Account Executives, Customer Success, Leadership) • Marketing (Managers through to CMO) • Solutions Engineering • Product Management • Engineering (Front-End, Back-End, Full-Stack, Staff/Principal, Leadership) Most of the teams we work with are scaling fast. Hiring becomes reactive. The process gets noisy. Standards slip. We step into that environment, bring control back to the process, and raise the bar on every hire.
