Art of Sports is building the AI operating system for ballet and dance studios across Europe. The foundation is 12 years of operating ballet studios in Germany: a Vaganova-certified methodology, students placed at two of Germany's top ballet academies (John Cranko School Stuttgart, Staatliche Ballettschule Berlin), and firsthand knowledge of what studios, teachers, parents and kids actually need. What we're building, in order: a structured digital curriculum (12 years of methodology turned into machine-readable content, tagged by exercise, level, terminology, errors and corrections), a Voice-AI layer for hands-free retrieval mid-class, large-format LED screens as the central teaching tool, and from year 2 the hard part: real-time AI movement correction for children learning ballet. Why now: pose estimation has become fast and reliable, but everyone is pointing it at home fitness mirrors and rep counting. Nobody has combined it with real pedagogy. Studio software today manages schedules and payments; it doesn't teach. The teaching layer, content, correction, progression, is empty space, and it's where the value sits. The methodology is the product; the technology is the delivery. Our wedge is the kids segment, an underserved niche in Europe, delivered B2B through studios: 7,450+ potential installations across dance, martial arts, kids fitness and school markets. The pilot studio launches in Frankfurt on August 15, 2026. LED manufacturer partnership talks are active, grant applications (EIC Accelerator, Creative Europe) are in progress. Honest stage: pre-funding. The methodology, the pilot and the partner pipeline are the assets. The platform gets built now, and we're looking for the founding CTO to build it.

The problem we're solving is one every founder and growth team knows. You have analytics, heatmaps, session recordings and dashboards, but none of them tell you what to actually do.
