We believe no one should be a stranger just because they don't share your language. Imagine two people, no shared language, talking as easily as old friends. That's exactly what we are building: real-time translation for real-world conversations. It sounds like it should already exist. It doesn't. We're a small, well-funded team in the heart of London, backed by people who built the tech already in your pocket, and we're right at the start. No one has built this before, including us, and that's the best part. The people here now are the ones shaping the product, and that could be you!

I grew up across multiple countries, switching between four languages before I was 18. Every time my family navigated a new system, hospitals, government offices, schools, I watched communication break down at the exact moment it mattered most. The tools to fix this didn't exist. So I built one. TransVoix is a real-time AI voice translation platform for phone calls. You speak English, the other person hears you in Spanish, in a voice that sounds like you. They respond in Spanish, you hear them in English. Sub-second latency. Six languages, 30 bidirectional pairs, 4.90/5 translation quality across 1,551 automated tests. We're replacing the $700M+ human interpreter services industry — starting with healthcare systems, government agencies, and call centers that are legally required to provide language access and currently paying ~$1.50–3.00/min for services like LanguageLine. TransVoix delivers the same capability at a fraction of the cost, with automatic bilingual transcripts for compliance documentation. The product is live in closed beta with 25+ testers, backed by some committed investments from friend and family, and protected by a provisional patent covering 12 novel innovations across voice cloning, multi-tier translation, and real-time audio architecture. Three completed security audits. Formal incident response plan. Built to enterprise standards from day one. I bring a cybersecurity background from a Fortune 100 financial institution, two Masters of Science degrees, and the stubborn belief that language should never be the reason someone doesn't get the help they need. We're looking for a Founding Engineer #1 to take TransVoix from beta to our first enterprise pilots and beyond.
