At Crebrl AI, we are building Rithm — an AI-native system of systems that links business promises and contractual obligations to the core transactional engines where execution actually happens: ERP, CRM, and finance. Our mission is to ensure every contractual commitment is kept, evidenced, and realised across millions of enterprise data points and transactions.

The Role
As an AI Developer, you will build AI features on Rithm alongside our senior engineers — developing autonomous agents, retrieval pipelines, and enterprise integrations that turn raw data into kept commitments. You will take ownership of well-scoped features end to end, with the runway to quickly grow into owning larger platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build AI Features
   • Build agent tools, custom skills, and context-engineered prompts.
   • Implement structured data extraction pipelines across complex enterprise datasets.
   • Develop API integrations and Model Context Protocol (MCP) connections.

2. Test and Measure
   • Write rigorous evaluation suites and regression test harnesses.
   • Debug model performance using comprehensive traces, spans, and execution logs.
   • Ground model answers using RAG and Vectorless RAG retrieval architectures.

3. Ship and Grow
   • Build daily with AI coding agents to maintain high velocity and clean engineering standards.
   • Participate in design docs, code reviews, and technical pairing sessions.
   • Own features all the way from initial specification to production deployment.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on LLM implementation at work or in serious production projects.
• Solid proficiency in Python or TypeScript, REST
