The Role
As a Senior AI Developer · UI/UX, you will build the primary interfaces people use to interact with Rithm's AI — copilots, agent workspaces, review flows, and approval pipelines. Your mission is to make complex agent behaviors feel effortless, intuitive, and trustworthy for business users, taking features from initial prototype all the way to production.

• Title: Senior AI Developer · UI/UX
• Location: Pune, India · Hybrid
• Experience Required: 8+ years (with 3+ years building product front ends in React/TypeScript)
• Reports To: AI Platform Architect
• Focus: AI-native experiences for enterprise business users

Key Responsibilities

1. Design AI-Native Experiences
   • Architect copilot interfaces, conversational workspaces, and autonomous agent dashboards.
   • Design clear human-in-the-loop review, override, and approval workflows.
   • Present citations, reasoning traces, and model explainability cleanly within the UI so business users can verify outputs with confidence.

2. Build the Front End
   • Build robust, responsive, and accessible web applications using React and TypeScript on top of our design system.
   • Implement generative UI patterns and data-rich visual representations of complex contract and ERP data.
   • Ensure performance, responsiveness, and web accessibility (WCAG) standards by default.

3. Close the Loop
   • Create rapid prototypes, run usability tests with real enterprise users, and iterate based on feedback.
   • Instrument UX evaluation frameworks and track product analytics to measure feature adoption.
   • Build daily with AI coding agents to accelerate product delivery without compromising design or code craft.

What You Bring
• 8+ years of total software engineering experience, including 3+ years dedicated to building product front ends with React and TypeScript.
• Proven track record shipping LLM-powered interfaces: streaming responses, tool-call visualizations, agent state management, and copilot patterns.
• Strong design craft: proficiency with Figma, typography, interaction design, micro-interactions, and motion.
• Solid background in building design systems and enforcing accessibility (WCAG) defaults.
• Sufficient backend familiarity to wire interfaces to services: REST APIs, LLM SDKs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• A strong portfolio or live demos demonstrating product taste, visual polish, and shipped software.
