When execution drifts away from contractual intent, enterprises leak revenue, trigger audit penalties, and fail to realize the value they promised. Most enterprise AI today stops at answering questions or generating text — it doesn’t touch the bottom line.

We are building Rithm, an AI-native system of systems designed to bridge the gap between what was promised and what actually happens on the ground. Rithm ensures that every milestone, billing trigger, compliance obligation, and delivery promise is automatically tracked, evidenced, and executed directly where transactions occur.

How We Solve It
Instead of isolated chatbots or brittle automation scripts, we combine deterministic enterprise infrastructure with modern agentic AI:

• Structured Extraction & Reasoning: Our pipelines read, interpret, and link complex multi-party contracts and business documents across enterprise data silos.
• Deterministic Integrations: We connect directly to core transactional backends (ERP, CRM, finance) using robust APIs and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Verifiable Execution: We use ontologies, knowledge graphs, and rigorous evaluation harnesses to ensure every AI action is explainable, audit-ready, and backed by verifiable data.

We are an early-stage, high-ownership team in Pune building practical AI that shows up where it counts: on the enterprise P&L.
