NLP Engineer

Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer to join our dynamic team at Eveo. As an NLP Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing advanced NLP models that enhance our conversational AI capabilities, ultimately contributing to the creation of a compelling and user-friendly experience on the Eveo platform.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge NLP models that power our conversational chatbot, ensuring a natural and engaging interaction with our users.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and product managers, to seamlessly integrate NLP solutions into the user interface.
• Design and optimize algorithms for processing and interpreting user queries related to dating categories, outfit coordination, and communication skills.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, incorporating relevant innovations to continually enhance our platform.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists to ensure the quality of data used for training and fine-tuning NLP models.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of NLP models, iteratively improving performance based on user feedback and key metrics.
• Document the NLP development process, detailing algorithms used, decisions made, and challenges faced.
• Collaborate with the team to elevate the overall user experience and contribute significantly to the success of our Proof of Concept (PoC) phase.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) working as an NLP Engineer, with a focus on developing conversational AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with relevant NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy).
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques, including tokenization, part-of-speech tagging, named entity recognition, and sentiment analysis.
• Experience with pre-trained NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and the ability to fine-tune models for specific tasks.
• Familiarity with chatbot development platforms and frameworks (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
