LetzStepIn Private Limited is looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who wants to build real products, solve real business problems, and see their work move from code to production.

This is a hands-on opportunity within a fast-growing technology startup, where you will contribute to LetzStepIn's in-house technology ecosystem, client requirements where applicable, VR/digital experiences, and the upcoming Immersive Marketplace (Super App).

We are looking for someone who can think independently, write custom code, build across the stack, create excellent user experiences, deploy applications, solve problems, and deliver with speed without compromising accuracy or security.

🚀 WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

1. Virtual Reality & Digital Solutions

Build and enhance responsive web experiences supporting LetzStepIn's 360° Virtual Tours, VR solutions and immersive digital experiences for real-world properties and businesses.

2. Immersive Marketplace — Upcoming Super App

Contribute to the development of LetzStepIn's upcoming Immersive Marketplace, including web applications, dashboards, listings, search, user flows, APIs, databases, authentication, integrations and other product modules.

3. In-House & Client Projects

Develop and maintain websites, web applications, dashboards, landing pages, APIs, integrations and custom digital solutions for LetzStepIn and its clients, whenever required.

💻 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop custom, scalable and maintainable full-stack applications.
• Build modern, intuitive and functional UI/UX.
• Ensure applications are fully responsive across mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop.
• Develop frontend applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js or equivalent technologies.
• Develop backend services, APIs and business logic using Node.js, Express, NestJS or equivalent technologies.
• Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or equivalent databases.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development.
• Deploy and maintain applications through Hostinger/hPanel and relevant hosting/server environments.
• Understand domains, DNS, SSL, environment variables, databases, build processes and production deployment.
• Debug independently and identify root causes rather than simply fixing symptoms.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness and reliability.
• Test features across devices and browsers before release.
• Convert business and client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Maintain clean, readable and maintainable code and appropriate technical documentation.

Node.js web applications including React, Next.js, Vite, Express and NestJS, with GitHub-based deployment and configurable build/start environments.

Security must be considered during development—not after development.

You will be expected to follow secure coding practices and understand common risks including:

Broken Access Control · Security Misconfiguration · Injection · Authentication Failures · Cryptographic Failures · Insecure Design · Software Supply-Chain Risks · Data Integrity Failures

You must:

• Protect passwords, credentials, API keys, tokens and sensitive information.
• Never hard-code secrets into source code.
• Apply appropriate authentication and authorization.
• Validate and sanitize inputs.
• Secure APIs and database interactions.
• Follow appropriate HTTPS/SSL practices.
• Keep dependencies reasonably updated.
• Avoid exposing sensitive information through errors, logs or APIs.
• Identify and report security vulnerabilities.
• Follow LetzStepIn's confidentiality and security requirements.
