The Role
As a Senior Ops Engineer, you will run the cloud infrastructure Rithm lives on — managing Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and the AI operational backbones behind autonomous agents acting on enterprise data. Your mandate is to make our infrastructure reliable, secure, and cost-efficient, automating the path from commit to production so that every deployment is routine and dependable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Run AI-Native Infrastructure
   • Manage Kubernetes clusters, GPU compute workloads, and LLM gateway operations.
   • Operate vector databases, knowledge graphs, and distributed queue workloads.
   • Maintain secure multi-tenant, multi-region cloud environments.

2. Automate Delivery
   • Write robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi.
   • Build automated CI/CD pipelines, ephemeral test environments, and safe progressive rollout strategies.
   • Provide resilient platform tooling to power our Agentic SDLC.

3. Keep It Reliable and Secure
   • Establish SLOs, comprehensive observability, on-call rotations, and blameless postmortems.
   • Control token consumption, GPU allocation, and cloud infrastructure costs
