About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive to join our People Team in our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment while also gaining exposure to HR Operations and Administration activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, building talent pipelines, and contributing to broader HR initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Coordinate and implement campus hiring initiatives.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, and candidate onboarding coordination.

• Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.

• HR Operations & Administration

• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.

• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.

• Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement initiatives.

• Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance activities.

• Assist with office administration and employee support activities as required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a similar HR role.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Exposure to HR Operations or HR Administration will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with startups or technology companies is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
