HUMAN RESOURCE INTERN (Recruitment & Outreach)

About the role

Knytra is a Delhi-based emerging streetwear brand creating modern, accessible apparel and accessories for a new
generation. This internship supports its growing team by keeping recruitment organized, candidate communication
timely, and onboarding coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates and interviewers informed.
• Maintain accurate hiring trackers, pipeline stages, and next actions.
• Support joining documentation and onboarding coordination.

Who should apply

1. Undergraduate or postgraduate students; final-year candidates are preferred.
2. Strong spoken and written English, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
3. Working knowledge of MS Excel and genuine interest in HR or recruitment.

Compensation

This is an unpaid internship. A ₹5,000 incentive may be awarded for extraordinary performance. This incentive is discretionary and not guaranteed.

Completion certificate

Any internship completion or experience certificate is subject to satisfactory completion of the applicable internship requirements and handover.
