About the job
The mandate
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager who runs lead gen like a growth engine:
testing channels, obsessing over funnel conversion, and turning spend and effort into qualified
pipeline.
You will own our capture channels end to end, email and nurture, events, webinars,
partnerships, paid, and search, and be accountable for the pipeline they produce. This is a
hands-on, build-and-measure role for someone who would rather ship ten experiments than
write one big plan.
You will work directly with our co-founder leading marketing, and closely with sales, on a small
team where your experiments ship fast and your wins are visible.
About EasyEcom
EasyEcom is a multi-product ecommerce operations platform for brands and 3PLs, spanning
order and inventory management, warehouse operations, and built-in reconciliation and
accounting, the capability that sets us apart from pure WMS platforms.
We power 1,800+ brands and 3PLs across 12+ countries, with 455+ integrations, 5B+ orders
processed, and $8.1B in GMV flowing through the platform at 99.9% uptime. Customers include
Borosil, Relaxo, Swiss Military, and Kimirica, across North America, Europe, MENA, and
Southeast Asia. We are backed by IndiaMART, and we are still building fast.
What you'll own
Lead generation across a portfolio of capture channels, measured on qualified pipeline:
-Email and nurture programs. Own the sequencing and the craft: subject lines, nurture copy,
and the conversion ideation that lifts reply and meeting rates. Not just setup, the words that
convert.
- Events, webinars, and partnerships. Run or co-run programs that source real pipeline, and build the co-marketing relationships that extend reach.
- Paid ads. Own paid search and social as performance channels, accountable for CAC and pipeline, not clicks.
- SEO, GEO, and intent. Own organic capture and answer-engine visibility, and use intent and signal data to reach buyers who are already in-market.
- Experimentation and funnel conversion. Treat lead gen as a growth engine: run a steady cadence of tests across channels, messaging, and offers, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does.
- The funnel math. Track and improve conversion at every stage, from visit to lead to qualified to pipeline, and know your CAC, payback, and velocity by channel.
- Budget, forecasting, and reporting. Own the numbers for your channels and report on pipeline and conversion, not vanity metrics. You will be measured on pipeline sourced and influenced, and funnel conversion rates. Lead volume is a health metric, not the goal. You will partner tightly with sales on definitions, hand-offs, and what "qualified" actually means, and close the loop from lead to revenue.
What we're looking for
- 2 to 3 years in demand generation, growth, or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company, where you have owned channels and been on the hook for a number.
- Analytical to the core. You live in dashboards and spreadsheets, make decisions from funnel data, and can tell a real signal from noise.
- Proven multi-channel lead gen: some mix of email, paid, events, webinars, and partnerships, with experiments you can point to and explain what they moved.
- Strong conversion instincts. You can write a subject line, a nurture sequence, or ad copy that converts, and you test relentlessly.
- Fluent with a modern stack, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics, and AI-native in how you work: research, copy, list-building, and analysis.
- You think in pipeline and revenue, and you partner well with sales.
- Bias to action. You would rather ship an experiment this week than perfect a plan for next quarter. Bonus points
- Experience getting a brand cited in AI answers and LLM results (GEO / AEO).
- Hands-on with intent and enrichment tooling.
- Brand or content-creation chops, thought leadership, dark social, founder-led content. Not required, a plus.
- SQL or comfort building your own reports.
- Sold into ecommerce, retail, or ops-heavy buyers before. Why this role, and how you'll grow You will own a function, not a task: real budget, real channels, and a direct line to the co-founder leading marketing. You will build the growth engine for a global, multi-product platform selling across North America, Europe, MENA, and Southeast Asia, the scope to go both deep and wide. On a small, high-trust team, your experiments ship, your wins compound, and you grow as fast as the pipeline you build. This is the seat where a strong demand gen operator becomes a growth leader.
