Investment Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for an Investment Associate to manage investor relationships and engagement for our alternative investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain fractional investments, alternative investments and structured investment opportunities to prospective investors.
• Understand investor objectives, investment preferences and requirements.
• Handle investor queries and provide clear information on investment opportunities, risks, timelines and expected returns.
• Manage the end-to-end investor journey — lead generation, discussions, onboarding, documentation, investment and ongoing communication.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with investors.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide updates on portfolio/project progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, payments, legal, operations and reporting.
• Maintain accurate investor records and interactions in the CRM.
• Support investor meetings, presentations and webinars.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in investment sales, wealth management, financial services, real estate or client relationship management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple and credible manner.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
• Interest in alternative investments, fractional investing and structured deals.
• Target-oriented, professional and comfortable interacting with HNI/UHNI and sophisticated investors.

Key Objective:
Build investor trust, explain opportunities clearly, convert qualified prospects into investors, and provide professional end-to-end investor servicing.
