OutFlo is an AI-first LinkedIn outreach platform. We help agencies, B2B SaaS teams, and recruiters run outbound across many sender accounts without it looking automated. We are small, we ship fast, and you will work directly with the founder every day.

The offer, plainly

This is a 3 to 6 month internship that opens into a full time role for the right person. It is not a shadowing internship. You will own live workstreams from week one, and conversion depends on what you actually shipped, not on how long you stayed.

What you will do

Write feature guides and SEO articles on LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and B2B sales workflows, and own the calendar from topic to CMS
Build competitor comparison and alternative pages, sourced strictly from the competitor's own public documentation
Mine sales and onboarding calls into a voice of customer library, then turn it into landing page copy, sequences, and objection handling
Run our Reddit and LinkedIn presence so it reads like an operator, not a brand account
Build target lists from ICP definitions, enrich them, and run campaigns on our own product
Produce occasional customer deliverables and one page recommendations for the founder

This list is not the job

That is what the role looks like today. It will not look like that in three months. Priorities move with what the product needs, so you will be handed things that are not on this list, with no playbook and often no notice. The real requirement is simpler than the list: learn fast, figure out the thing nobody here has done before, and ship it. If a changing scope reads as chaos to you, this will be a bad fit. If it reads as room, it is the best part of the job.

Who we are looking for

Freshers and people with GTM experience are both welcome. No years of experience filter
You can write. Not marketing copy that sounds like everyone else, clear sentences a busy founder would actually read
You have done cold outreach yourself and know what it feels like when it does not work
You take blunt feedback and fix the work the same day
You can hold six workstreams without dropping any
If you are a fresher, show us something you built: a venture, a freelance client, an internship where you owned an outcome, a newsletter, a campaign you ran for yourself
Bonus: SEO, selling to SMBs, familiarity with Clay, Apollo, Bitscale or similar, and using AI tools as a real part of your workflow

We do not screen for

Where you studied, whether you have worked somewhere recognisable, or years of experience as a proxy for anything.
