Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate candidate communication and follow-ups.
Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
Assist in employee engagement and performance review activities.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
