Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer (Part time) for Poland to deliver Leadership in Hybrid Work programs for multinational organizations and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging leadership development workshops
• Facilitate interactive learning for managers and executives
• Coach leaders on managing distributed teams
• Deliver practical frameworks for communication, trust, engagement, accountability, and performance
• Adapt training content to client business objectives
• Produce post training recommendations

Requirements

• Proven corporate training experience
• Strong background in leadership development
• Experience managing or coaching hybrid teams
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Experience working with multinational organizations
• Fluent in English
• Polish language is preferred
• Nice to Have
• Executive coaching certification
• Experience with DISC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder or similar frameworks
• Background in organizational development or HR consulting

Compensation
This is a project based freelance opportunity. Trainers are compensated on a per project or per training day basis. The salary range displayed is for platform purposes only and does not represent a fixed annual salary.
