HR Recruitment Internship

Role Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our talent
acquisition. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee
engagement, and various HR processes while working in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates across roles
● Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates
● Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
● Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
● Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
● Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business
Administration, or related field
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good organizational and multitasking abilities
● Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
● Eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks in a dynamic environment
