HR Intern

About this role
ParallelDots has an opportunity for an HR Intern to join our team and learn the fundamentals of recruitment and HR operations. You will be involved in various aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining documentation. In addition to recruitment, you will also support the HR team with other operational tasks and projects as assigned.

As an HR Intern with ParallelDots, Your Tasks Will Include

• Posting job openings on relevant job portals and platforms
• Acting as the first point of contact for applicants
• Screening candidates and scheduling interviews
• Managing applicant documentation and maintaining recruitment records
• Assisting in the interview process
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates
• Attending company events and HR initiatives
• Assisting with office administration and HR operations
• Supporting employee onboarding activities
• Handling other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR or a related field) or currently pursuing one
• Strong computer proficiency (Google Workspace/MS Office)
• Good administrative and document management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to contribute
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources
