Founder's Office Interns

We're hiring: Founder's Office Interns (2 roles)

OneAssure is scaling its D2C vertical, and we're building out the founder's office to support it.

1. Founder's Office Intern, Marketing

Your work will span campaign ideation, content that speaks to different age groups and demographics, and gathering real inputs from customers to inform what we build. You'll also collaborate directly with content creators, along with competitive tracking and special projects that don't come with a playbook yet.

2. Founder's Office Intern, Customer Success

You'll help scale how we support and retain D2C customers as the vertical grows. Think process building, customer research, escalation handling, and translating customer signal into what the founder's office should act on next.

What you'll actually do:

• Work on live, high-priority projects, not hypothetical case studies
• Move fast, without a fixed job description. The scope will shift as the D2C vertical does

Who we want:

• Sharp communicators who don't need hand-holding
• People who get energised by ambiguity, not stressed by it
• Comfortable with Sheets, Docs, Notion, and comfortable being wrong and fixing it fast
• Genuinely curious about how a startup actually runs, not just what it looks like from outside
