You will be responsible for:

• Write and rewrite blogs, landing pages, pillar pages, and FAQs in clear, jargon-free language that makes insurance easy to understand
• Lead content for the next version of our website - defining tone, structure, and narrative across pages

• Work on live, high-priority projects, not hypothetical case studies
• Move fast, without a fixed job description. The scope will shift as the D2C vertical does

• Pipeline Architecture: Strategize and execute cold outreach campaigns to identify, engage, and qualify high-potential channel partners.
• Product Advocacy & Onboarding: Schedule and orchestrate compelling product demos. You won't just "show" the product; you will functionally onboard partners, ensuring they are technically trained and equipped to do business seamlessly on our platform.

• Architect for Scale: Design and engineer multi-tier, high-throughput applications built to operate flawlessly 24x7.
• Platform Thinking & Observability: You don't just throw code over the wall; you own the entire lifecycle of the product. You understand that shipping a feature is only half the job: knowing how it behaves in the wild is the rest. You will instrument systems leveraging open-source observability standards (like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry) to ensure our platforms are deeply traceable, monitored, and resilient.
