🔍 The Role: Home Operations Manager

You are the person on the other end of every chat. You research, coordinate, follow up, and don't stop until the user is delighted. You build real relationships - with residents who trust you with their home, and vendors who respect you enough to show up on time.

This is not a support role. It's a problem-solving role with a hospitality mindset.

You'll thrive here if you:

→ Are high-agency — you figure things out without being told how
→ Love talking to people and are genuinely good at it (chat, calls, follow-ups)
→ Take ownership of a problem until it's fully resolved, not just acknowledged
→ Can build trust quickly — with a stressed homeowner and a reluctant vendor equally
→ Have 0-2 years of experience in ops, customer success, or anything that required you to just make things happen
→ Want to be an early employee at a startup that's growing fast and needs people who grow with it
