This is on-site role at HSR layout, Bangalore. (6 days a week).

🔍 The Role: Growth Associate

Key responsibilities:

Plan GTM activities
Activation - Manage on ground activation activities
Manage social media channels
Ensure overall community engagement and success

You'll thrive here if you:

→ Are high-agency — you figure things out without being told how → Understanding consumer behavior is what you love → Take ownership of a problem until it's fully resolved, not just acknowledged → Can figure out what builds trust and ensure systems to retain that → Have 0-2 years of experience in growth, customer success, or anything that required you to just make things happen → Want to be an early employee at a startup that's growing fast and needs people who grow with it
