Operations & Program Manager – Founder’s Office (Fintech / Remittance / Crypto)

🚀 About the Role
Remit2any is a cross-border remittance platform working with banking partners, liquidity providers, and digital asset infrastructure to enable seamless global transfers.
We are looking for someone who can work directly with the Founders and Product Heads and assist in executing operations across banking, compliance, liquidity, crypto/stablecoin flows, and product implementation.
This is a hands-on execution role with high ownership and direct leadership exposure.

🔎 What You Will Do
1️⃣ Work Directly with Founders & Product Heads
• Assist in day-to-day execution of strategic and operational priorities
• Track key initiatives and ensure timely implementation
• Act as a bridge between Product, Banking, Compliance, and Operations teams

2️⃣ Banking & API Coordination
• Coordinate with partner banks and payment institutions
• Support API integrations and resolve operational issues
• Track settlements, transaction flows, and reconciliation matters
• Maintain structured documentation of processes and integration updates

3️⃣ Crypto & Stablecoin Operations Support
• Support operational handling of crypto/stablecoin-based remittance flows
• Coordinate with liquidity providers and digital asset partners
• Monitor wallet balances and fund movements
• Assist in reconciliation and transaction monitoring
• Maintain documentation related to crypto operational processes

4️⃣ Compliance & Policy Support
• Assist in drafting and updating AML, operational, and compliance policies
• Support audit preparation and regulatory documentation
• Maintain organized compliance records

5️⃣ Accounts, Reconciliation & Liquidity
• Support transaction-level reconciliation
• Track daily fund balances across banks and wallets
• Assist in managing liquidity to ensure uninterrupted transactions
• Coordinate with accounts team for settlement tracking

6️⃣ Documentation & AI-Driven Execution
• Use AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, and efficiency
• Create and maintain SOPs and operational trackers
• Help automate repetitive operational workflows

👤 Candidate Profile
• 3–6 years experience in startup / fintech / payments / crypto ecosystem
• Comfortable working directly with Founders and senior leadership
• Strong understanding of remittance flows, settlements, and liquidity management
• Exposure to crypto or stablecoin-based payment flows is a strong advantage
• Strong documentation and structured execution skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Willing to work full-time from office in HSR Layout, Bangalore
