founding operations manager

looking for a founding operations to work on a category defining ai fashion shopping app

responsibilities include:

• manage day to day operations for fashion quick commerce play
• build and manage our first dark stores, optimise them for speed and efficiency
• coordinate with brands to ensure on time delivery of packages to and from the stores
• build and manage initial delivery fleet and train them to ensure safe and timely delivery to customers
• coordinate delivery ops on a day to day basis to ensure 30 minute delivery promise to customers and manage return logistics
• work with inventory management and warehousing software to ensure inventory coordination and smooth operations
  

what are we looking for:

• must be self driven with with the ability to solve complex operational challenges that come with running a vertical q-com play
• must be willing to be on the ground when needed
• must be obsessed with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
• huge plus, if technically handy to automate daily operations, not mandatory though
• hunger to build 0-1
• previous founding experience (preferred but not necessary)
