Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership and Development o Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse operations team to achieve performance goals. o Foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture. o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
2.
